By creating an account or using thinkstrm ("Service," "we," "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
thinkstrm is a personal knowledge management and creative capture tool for writers, editors, developers, and other professionals. It allows users to capture, organize, and retrieve thoughts, notes, links, images, and code snippets.
You must be at least 16 years old to use this Service. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You are responsible for all activity under your account.
You retain full ownership of all content you create using thinkstrm. By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to store and display your content solely for the purpose of providing the Service. We will never sell, share, or use your content for advertising or training AI models.
You agree not to: use the Service for unlawful purposes; upload malicious content; attempt to gain unauthorized access to other users' accounts; or use the Service to harass or harm others.
thinkstrm offers a free tier and optional paid plans. Paid subscriptions are billed on a recurring basis. You may cancel at any time and retain access until the end of the billing period. We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days notice.
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. You may delete your account at any time. Upon deletion, your data will be permanently removed within 30 days.
What we collect: email address, encrypted password, and the content you save to your workspace.
What we do not collect: We do not use tracking pixels, sell your data, or share your personal information with third parties except as required by law.
Cookies: We use a single HTTP-only authentication cookie to keep you signed in. No third-party cookies or analytics.
Data storage: Your data is stored securely on our servers. We use industry-standard encryption for passwords and secure connections for data in transit.
Your rights: You may request a copy of your data or ask us to delete your account and all associated data by contacting us.
The Service is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the past 12 months.
We may update these Terms. We will notify registered users by email at least 14 days before material changes take effect. Continued use after that date constitutes acceptance.
